About Autism Awareness Page
We built Autism Awareness Page to make evidence-based autism screening freely available to every family, caregiver, and clinician — with no sign-up, no fees, and no barriers. Early identification can change a child's trajectory, and every person deserves access to the tools that make that possible.
Our Mission
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) affects an estimated 1 in 36 children in the United States. Yet delays between a parent's first concern and a formal diagnosis still average years — not weeks. Our mission is to shrink that gap by giving families immediate, free access to the same validated screening instruments used by pediatricians and researchers worldwide.
We believe awareness is the first step. When a parent recognises the signs early, they can seek professional evaluation sooner — and early intervention has been shown to lead to significantly better outcomes for children on the spectrum.
What We Offer
Validated Instruments
Every questionnaire on this site — M-CHAT-R, Q-CHAT, CAST, AQ-Adolescent, and AQ-50 — is a peer-reviewed, published screening tool with documented sensitivity and specificity.
All Ages Covered
From 16-month toddlers through adults, we provide the right instrument for every stage of life, with age-tailored guidance for each result.
Privacy First
Answers are processed entirely in your browser. We never store questionnaire responses, and no account is needed to use any tool.
Educational Resources
Each screening tool comes with background on the instrument, its authors, scoring methodology, and links to the original research.
